Does your firm have any plans to increase head count of hourly workers in the next 6 months?

A lot is being written about an end to the recession and this maybe true in some sectors. But I do not see an increase in demand for frontline hourly employees.

Are any of you seeing an increase in hourly jobs and if so in what sector other than the public sector?
